Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sonico.ai (“Sonico,” “we,” “us”), operated by Andrew Le Guelaff, handles information in connection with our private internal software tools, including the QuickBooks Online integration used to manage Sonico’s own books (“the App”).

Who this applies to

The App is for internal use by Sonico only. It is not offered to the public as a multi-tenant product. The intended user is Andrew Le Guelaff (and any future authorized operators of Sonico).

Information we access

When connected to QuickBooks Online, the App may read accounting data such as:

The App is configured for read-only access unless Andrew explicitly expands permissions later.

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell personal or financial data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to run the App (for example, Intuit QuickBooks Online as the source system, and Andrew’s local or private hosting environment). We do not share QBO data with the public.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and credentials are stored in private environment configuration, not in public documents. Andrew takes reasonable steps to keep access restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention

Accounting data remains in QuickBooks Online under Sonico’s Intuit account. Local caches or summaries may be kept only as long as needed for operations, then deleted or overwritten.

Your choices

Andrew can disconnect the App at any time by revoking access in the Intuit/QuickBooks account and deleting local tokens.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
